01 / DEMONSTRATED HOSTED WORKA native hosted workflow.
Source, deployed binding and live acceptance are separate evidence levels.
Source and collaboration
Artifacts Git, public source/profile discovery, issues, PRs, labels, milestones, collaborators and human review have bounded native consumers. The first same-repository ancestor merge passed real Git fetch and integrity checks.
Checks, AI and delivery
Real hosted checks, independent proposals, Workers AI / AI Gateway evidence, managed-registry publication and protected static/Worker app previews have bounded receipts.
New October 14 slices
Email Service accepted a real notification; an approved PR workflow received an encrypted secret; a preview branch/lifetime/count policy was exercised. Release assets and discussion attachments have source/local evidence; hosted acceptance is separate.
02 / DEPLOYMENT HEALTHExpose operational limits.
The deployed capability view is the authority for the running installation.
Cron and alarms
Cron delivery has failed on the retained account. The workspace Durable Object provides a maintenance fallback; this is not evidence scheduled-event delivery is healthy.
Operations
The native dashboard uses retained service/job/delivery observations and optional provider analytics. A bound dataset or token does not establish live ingestion; the Workers analytics feed has recorded failures.
Browser snapshots
The real hosted Browser Run proof is a script-free static snapshot. Full interactive app QA, Browser Run scale and broad workflow compatibility remain open.
03 / ACCEPTANCE STILL REQUIREDBe precise about the destination.
The roadmap is broader than the current verified slices.
Product completeness
Full native/portable parity, organization and admin policy, general imports, all workflow and agent profiles, protected merges and arbitrary production CD.
Operational readiness
Forgejo migration fidelity and recovery, native disaster recovery, multi-tenant onboarding, customer identity, quota fairness and measured production scale.
Conditional services
KV, Hyperdrive / PlanetScale, Vectorize / AI Search, Event Subscriptions, Workers Builds, CI SDK, Tunnel and VPC are not current native dependencies.
